Overview
Defi App is launching a trading contest for perpetuals traders. From November 10 at 9:00 AM ET to January 1, 2026 12:00 AM ET, realized perpetuals PnL determines your position on the leaderboard. The higher your margin at the end relative to deposits, the higher you place.

Perpetuals only
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the contest, trade perpetuals using a Defi App embedded smart wallet. No registration required; just enable your Defi App embedded wallet and start trading perpetuals.
EOA trading activity does not count towards the contest. To participate, activate your Defi App embedded wallet or create a new account on Defi App.
Trading Volume Requirements
The $1,000,000 reward pool is contingent upon enough trading volume. The reward pool is decreased to $500,000 if trading volume does not reach $2 billion by December 31st, 2025.
Trading Volume Timeframe Extension
Defi App extended the trading volume window in favor of traders.
On December 18th, Defi App announced that the Trading Contest did not meet the original requirement of $2 billion in volume by week 4, but that it would extended the trading volume deadline to December 31st, 2025.
Competition Details
Defi App's Perpetuals Trading Contest starts on November 10 at 9:00 AM ET, and ends on January 1, 2026 12:00 AM ET. Your performance is measured by realized PnL on perpetuals trades.
Perpetuals on Defi App are powered by Hyperliquid. The leaderboard updates every hour throughout the contest, with PnL data provided by Hyperliquid.
